Important

Your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. By paying your deposit, you agree to Glam For Less' Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your Glam For Less booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person, booking or date.
Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on your invoice.
If the final payment is not received by the required date, Glam For Less reserves the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact Glam For Less as soon as possible.
Changes may include: changing the booking date, changing the location, changing the number of people, adding or removing hair or makeup services, or changing the appointment time.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, however changes are subject to artist availability and may result in additional fees.
Reducing the number of services or people in a booking does not automatically make the original deposit refundable or transferable.

Additional people or services may be added to a booking where artist availability allows.
Additional services must be confirmed and paid for before they are added to the booking.

Glam For Less works with a team of emerging and professional artists.
Artists are allocated according to availability, location, services required and the requirements of the booking.
While we will make every reasonable effort to provide the artist originally allocated to your booking, Glam For Less may need to provide another suitable artist if the original artist becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency or other circumstances.

Bookings are based on the location provided when the booking is made.
If the booking location changes after confirmation, additional travel costs may apply.
Any additional travel charges will be communicated before the booking is changed where possible.

Any paid parking required for your booking is the responsibility of the client.
Where the artist is required to pay for parking, the artist will pay the parking cost and the client must reimburse the artist directly on the day.
Please ensure the parking reimbursement is paid to the artist before the artist leaves the booking.

Please ensure everyone receiving hair or makeup services is ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Our artists may have other bookings scheduled before or after your appointment, so delays can affect the amount of time available for your service.
If a client is late, the artist may need to reduce or modify the service to ensure they can leave on time for their next booking.
The full booked service fee may still apply.
If a significant delay makes the booking unable to proceed, the booking may be treated as cancelled and the deposit will remain non-refundable.

For hair services, clients should arrive with their hair prepared according to the instructions provided by Glam For Less or the assigned artist.
If additional preparation or washing is required on the day, this may affect the available styling time.

For makeup services, clients should arrive with a clean face where possible and advise Glam For Less or the artist of any relevant skin sensitivities, allergies or products they know they react to.
Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including: booking date, location, number of people, services required, required completion time, and any relevant access or parking information.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may affect the artist's ability to complete the booking as requested.

Glam For Less and its artists may request permission to take photographs or videos of completed hair and makeup looks for portfolio, social media and promotional purposes.
No client images will be used for promotional purposes without the appropriate permission.

Clients must provide accurate contact details and remain contactable around the time of their booking.
Any important changes or information relating to the booking should be communicated to Glam For Less as soon as possible.

Clients are expected to provide a safe, respectful and professional environment for Glam For Less artists.
Glam For Less reserves the right to leave or cancel a booking where an artist feels unsafe, threatened, harassed or subjected to inappropriate behaviour.
In these circumstances, the booking fee and/or deposit may remain payable.

By paying your deposit and confirming your booking with Glam For Less, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
